Choose from a classic type font or make it truly unique by submitting your child's own handwriting. If opting for handwriting, simply reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo of their writing on blank white paper using a black permanent marker.

All Hardwood Items: 2-4 weeks
All other items: 5-10 business days. If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.*

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
