Processing Time

Shipped Christmas Orders:

All Christmas orders of custom handcrafted wooden items (name scripts, blocks etc.) that require tracked shipping, will have an order deadline date of December 1st, 2022. These orders will be shipped on or before December 12th, 2022.

Local Pick-Up Christmas Orders:

For our local pick-up customers, all Christmas orders of custom handcrafted wooden items (name scripts, blocks etc.), will have an order deadline date of December 12th, 2022. Orders will be ready for pick up on December 23rd between 9am and 2pm. 

We are taking a 2-week holiday break from December 23 - January 9th. Our shop will remain open for orders, but any order placed between December 12-January 8th will not be included in our turn around time. Processing time will begin January 9th. 

Processing Times:

Personalized Items: 2 - 4 weeks
All other items:  1 week

If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.*

Need your order as soon as possible? Move up in our order list by adding Rush Order for a fee of $25.00. Shipping times are not guaranteed*. 

We are not responsible for delayed packages but we will try our best to locate your package. All packages are delivered through Canada Post, UPS. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note: Our business days are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and excludes weekends and public holidays.
