Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping! All shipments will receive a tracking number unless otherwise stated, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. Timberwood Designs is not responsible for any lost packages. For International orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable duties and customs.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is valid on orders of $160.00 or more, shipped to a single Canadian or U.S. address, after promotions and discounts are applied. Shipping fees and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Our current turnaround time is 10-15 business days. Once shipped, all orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to the email that was provided to us at checkout. Please check your junk folder, as they sometimes end up in there. You can use this number to track your item. All orders are mailed from Hamilton, Ontario. Due to COVID-19, Canada Post is experiencing a significant increase in parcel volumes – resulting in delivery delays. Please anticipate delays beyond expected delivery dates provided by Canada Post. We thank you for your understanding.

Flat Rate Mailer

Some of smaller parcels (4.5" discs for example) can be shipping at a flat rate cost of $5 within Canada and the United States. This means the parcel does not have tracking nor insurance. Timberwood Designs is not responsible for lost flat rate mailer parcels nor do we have control on delivery times.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracked and insured please select a different option at checkout.

Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to Timberwood Designs due to an incomplete shipping address provided at the time of order, all associated costs to re-ship the item will be paid by the customer.


If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim on your behalf. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods to provide us with photos. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Timberwood Designs is not responsible for any taxes and/or customs duties in the country of destination of the Products. We can not predict, in any way, if custom duties will be charged by the country of destination. For more information, please contact the customs office of your country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be charged to the customer.
