Personalized Hardwood Items: 2-4 weeks

All other items:  5-10 business days. If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.*

Need your order as soon as possible? Move up in our order list by adding Rush Order for a fee of $25.00. Shipping times are not guaranteed*.

We recommend mounting the name script by placing small nails on the wall where the loops and corners of the letters are and hang the name script on the nails. *No mounting hardware is included. Please follow manufacturer's instructions in how to use their products. Timberwood Designs is not responsible for how these products are handled.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
