All signs will be made exactly as you type them, including spelling and capitalization. If you want a capital letter in your design, be sure to type it that way.

Partnering with them allows us to offer high-quality neon signs while we continue crafting the wooden pieces you know us for. It's important to mention that we offer proofs exclusively for customers who have made a purchase. When you place your order, you'll automatically receive a proof to review. Please remember to check your emails regularly, as delays in approving the proof will result in delays in your turnaround time.

Unbox Your Sign: Carefully remove the neon sign from the packaging. You'll find a FREE wall mounting hardware kit and a dimmer remote included.

Mounting the Sign: Use the provided standoffs and hardware to secure the transparent acrylic backing to the wall. This ensures your neon name sign is securely and stylishly displayed.

Power Up: Connect the battery pack or plug in your neon sign. Use the dimmer remote to adjust lighting effects and brightness to suit your space.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca.

We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
