What is the processing time for my nursery shelves?

For personalized items, the processing time is 2-4 weeks. For other items it’s 5-10 business days. If your order includes multiple items, the entire order ships based on the item with the longest processing time.
Can I rush my name sign order?

Yes, you can opt for a Rush Order for an extra fee to move your order ahead in the queue.

What are the sizing details of the wooden shelves?

Shelf is handcrafted from 3/4 inch thick solid hardwood and has a depth of 6 inches.

Package includes two leather straps and mounting hardware (Includes 2 solid brass screws, 2 finishing washers, and 2 drywall anchors).

Leather strap shelves are sold individually.

The timber is milled and planed to give it a more of a finished look, and more of a consistent size and profile. Due to this extra milling shelves are closer to 19.5" and 29.5".
Where is Timberwood Designs located, and can I do local pick-up?

Timberwood Designs is based in Ontario, Canada. Local pick-up is available at 265 Barton St, Stoney Creek. If you select local pick-up, you’ll be contacted when your order is complete to schedule a date/time.
How do I hang the wooden nursery shelves?

We recommend you install the screws into the wall studs. However, if not possible, we include two drywall anchors but would advise you to minimize the weight placed on the shelves. Installation tips can be found here to guide you through the process. Timberwood Designs is not responsible for how these products are installed.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available when you meet the threshold: orders over CAD $240 (or USD equivalent for U.S.) shipped to a single address (after promotions/discounts, before shipping/taxes) qualify.
Are the wooden shelves final sale? Can I get a return or exchange?

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Modification requests may be possible via email (hello@timberwooddesigns.ca), but are not guaranteed due to the turnaround process.
