When ordering, please provide the exact spelling of the name as you would like it to appear. For example, if you want the first letters capitalized, be sure to enter them that way. We will engrave your plaque exactly as submitted to preserve the personalized design you envision.

Important Information About Our Name Announcement Plaques
All of our etched wooden products are laser-cut from high-quality Baltic birch and may feature a slight burnt-like finish along the edges, a natural result of the laser engraving process. This adds to the authentic, handcrafted look of each piece.
Because wood is a natural material, grain patterns, colors, and textures will vary from one plaque to another. You may notice light or dark areas, small knots, or other natural inconsistencies — these are normal characteristics that make every Baltic birch plaque beautifully unique.

Shipping times are calculated separately from processing time, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.
Delivery time typically ranges from 4 to 10 days, depending on the shipping method and your location. For UPS deliveries, a signature is required upon receipt to ensure your order arrives safely.
