All etched products are laser-cut and will have a burnt-like finish on the sides. Since wood is natural grains and colours may differ from images shown and scripts may have variations such as light or dark coloured areas, knots and other inconsistencies. This item is not intended as a toy. It is for photo props and decor use. Therefore child should not play with it and always have adult supervision.
By placing your order, you have acknowledged that our etched products may contain variations that are present in all baltic birch.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.

If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.
