Since wood is natural grains and colours may differ from images shown and may have variations such as light or dark coloured areas, knots and other inconsistencies. This item is not intended as a toy. It is for photo props and decor use. Therefore child should not play with it and always have adult supervision.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
