Our rush order option is perfect for customers who need their order to be prioritized and shipped out as soon as possible. By choosing the rush order option, your order will be moved to the front of the line and given priority processing. This means that your order will be packaged and shipped out within 10 business days, faster than a standard order which is 4 weeks.
If you need your order in a hurry, the rush order option is the way to go. Simply select the rush order option at checkout and pay the additional fee. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that choosing the rush order option does not guarantee a specific delivery date, but it does increase the chances of your order arriving sooner.

Your order will be processed in 10 business days or less, this does not including shipping times. Our regular processing time is 4-5 weeks, this does not include holidays or shipping times.

Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed. Rush fees will not be reimbursed for delays or shipping and handling by the carrier. With safety measures still in place for COVID-19, shipment processing times will feel this impact. Our postal services would appreciate your patience as they do their best to process our shipments as quickly and safely as possible.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
