We recreate your cherished memories by eliminating background elements from your images and addressing any imperfections. This ensures a sharp and beautiful 3D rendering of your handwritten notes or hand-drawn designs.

Additionally, we skillfully create our frames from solid hardwood, no chemical stains are used. We pay close attention to every intricate detail and finish the frames with a light top coat of walrus oil (which is non-toxic and generally regarded as safe by the FDA).

If there's a lot of information or words, there might be a small extra cost. I'll email you to talk about it! We can take out some details to fit your budget. Most times, there won't be any extra charges!

All frames are crafted in solid natural hardwood. Since wood is natural grains and colours may differ from images shown and scripts may have variations such as light or dark coloured areas, knots, glue marks and other inconsistencies. 

By placing your order, you have acknowledged that each piece if handmade and small imperfections are expected and we are not responsible for how you mount the frames and that our products may contain variations that are present in all natural hardwoods.

Personalized Hardwood Items: 2-4 weeks

All other items:  5-10 business days. If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

When it comes to dusting your cherished heirloom pieces, handle them with care. To safeguard and preserve your precious memories, the best method is to use compressed air for gentle and effective cleaning. Compressed air is sold at Home Depot, Walmart and Amazon).

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
