Our wooden trays are perfect for adding a touch of personality to your party or special event. Our trays are handmade with care from high-quality wood, ensuring durability and long-lasting use. After placing your deposit, we will reach out to you via email to start the quoting process for your custom design.
One of our most popular designs is our shark shaped tray, ideal for a shark themed birthday party. However, we also offer customization options so you can request the shape you want! Whether you want a unicorn, a football, or a flower, we can create a tray that perfectly matches your party's theme.

All other items: 5-10 business days
If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

We recommend mounting the name script by placing small nails on the wall where the loops and corners of the letters are and hang the name script on the nails. *No mounting hardware is included. Please follow manufacturer's instructions in how to use their products. Timberwood Designs is not responsible for how these products are handled.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders
Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
