All other items: 5-10 business days. If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item.

We recommend mounting the name script by placing small nails on the wall where the loops and corners of the letters are and hang the name script on the nails. *No mounting hardware is included. Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping times do not include processing time. Delivery time is 4-10 days, signature is required for all UPS deliveries.

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a modification request can be made by email to hello@timberwooddesigns.ca. We pride ourselves on our ability to create and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to modify your order.
