How long will my order take?
Our processing time is 2-4 weeks, this does not include holidays or shipping times.
Please allow an additional 5 business days to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.
Please note: Our business days are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and excludes weekends and public holidays.
* Delivery times are always estimated and never guaranteed. As we head into peak season, shipment volumes will increase. And with safety measures still in place for COVID-19, shipment processing times will feel this impact. Our postal services would appreciate your patience as they do their best to process our shipments as quickly and safely as possible.
Do you accept returns?
Given the product's custom characteristics our items cannot be returned. We hope you love your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us to provide more details. We will be happy to help you!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the parcel was damaged during shipping.
Do you offer social media collaborations?
